All orders placed on lunarune.com are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which apply exclusively to customers based in the United Kingdom.

3. Orders

Placing and confirming an order on our website constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any order where we detect signs of fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or delivery anomalies.

4. Product Information

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through detailed descriptions and visuals.

Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen calibration, lighting used during photography, or standard production tolerances. These are not considered defects and do not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. Prices

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of checkout.

6. Payment

Payment is collected via the methods available at checkout.

Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and processed.

7. Delivery

We deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom, with no delivery fees and no minimum order requirement.

Indicative delivery times are available on each product page. As a general guide: preparation takes 2 to 3 business days, and shipping takes 5 to 8 business days — for an estimated total of 7 to 11 business days from order date.

Depending on stock availability, your order may be split across multiple shipments.

8. Parcel Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows a successful delivery but you haven't received your parcel, we ask that you first check with neighbours, building staff, or any designated safe spots, and contact the carrier directly with your tracking reference.

Should the carrier confirm the parcel is lost and your address was correct, we will offer a replacement or refund as preferred.

No remedy will be available where delivery failed due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Non-delivery must be reported within 45 days of your order date; beyond this, the delivery is considered completed.

9. Withdrawal, Returns, and Refused Deliveries

In line with UK consumer law, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order.

Items must be returned unused, intact, and in their original packaging.

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Orders that are refused or left unclaimed may be subject to a deduction of up to 25% of the order value to cover associated handling costs.

Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, typically to the original payment method.

10. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us promptly and include photographic or video evidence.

Following our review, we will propose a repair, a replacement, or a refund where the other options are not viable.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental impact, unauthorised modifications, or general wear is not covered.

11. Statutory Guarantees

All products sold on lunarune.com benefit from applicable UK consumer law protections.

Where a product does not conform to expected standards, we will prioritise repair or replacement. A refund will be offered where these are not feasible.

12. Liability

Luna Rune's liability is limited to direct damages directly linked to the purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, product misuse, or temporary unavailability of the site.

Information collected through our website is used solely for order fulfilment, shipping, billing, and customer service.
